I've been at this apartment for over 3 years and the rate you'll be taking over is significantly under market value. The going rate for the same size studios are over $3600. There is a washer/dryer in unit, and it's a pretty good size for a studio that allows for a separation between sleeping area and kitchen area. Building has great amenities without any amenity fees - a very nice gym, rooftop deck and lounge. There's a doorman in the lobby, a package room on the 2nd floor, and maintenance you can request via the building app.
The location is extremely convenient. All the subways lines are only a short distance walk. There is Whole Foods 6/7mins away. Sweetgreen, Cava, Naya, Dig, Springbone all nearby in 5/6min radius. There is the Seaport, Tin Building and the East River just steps outside of the building. Lots of nice new food spots and stores keep opening in the neighborhood.
