The apartment is located in a very upbeat and diverse neighborhood. It is conveniently located close to all public transportation and there is street parking, metered parking and nearby parking lots One block away is Fulton Streets, a strip of city blocks that offers an amazing night life with bars, restaurants and small eateries. and There are also a few intimate coffee cafes sprinkled about and this location is within walking distance to the Barclays Center, Brooklyn Museum and Children's Museum, Botanical Gardens, Prospect Park and the world famous Juniors Restaurant just to name a few points of interest.
During the summer months it is common to stumble across neighborhood street fairs hosting vendors with local food and goods. The following is a summary of things that are prohibited in the apartment:
No smoking, late night parties, extremely loud music, no access allowed on roof without prior approval, no pets allowed in apartment, no use of mailbox or address, you must obtain a Post Office Box for your Personal mail and deliveries.
You may utilize the entire apartment which includes the cooking and cleaning utensils, with the exception of some closet space that will be locked. You will be responsible for reimbursing or replacing anything that you break or alter, it is important that you notify me if and when that happens. Visitors are allowed during the daytime and you are permitted to have one overnight guess for no more than 5 days There are no recording devices inside of the apartment, however there is a ring camera on the outside of the door to monitor anyone entering or leaving the apartment.
There is WIFI and cable that will be available throughout the apartment you can always contact me via text if any issues arise Welcome to Brooklyn and enjoy your stay. Please be prepared to show bank statements, photo I.d, paystubs showing 40x times the rent.
