Sun-filled, 12' x 15' windowed furnished Queen sized bedroom has a fireplace mantle and 2 large closets
(One closet is cedar lined) and hardwood floors. The room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, tasteful artwork, and an oriental style area rug. It overlooks the garden and is very quiet. Shared bath has a large claw foot tub and lots of natural light from skylights above.

This fully renovated triplex w/2 baths is on one of the most beautiful streets in Harlem.
Our 5000 square ft. home has a huge living room with baby grand piano and beautiful furniture, separate dining room and kitchen. The house offers a distinct sense of grandeur, with wonderful preserved details including hardwood floors, grand fireplaces, stately pocket sliding doors, beautiful ornate wooden staircase, stained-glass doors, and tasteful chandeliers.

We have a beautiful private outdoor space with flowering plants, herbs, and other colorful, vibrant vegetation. There's fairy lights in the tree above, a table, chairs, and a grill. It's a real treat to be out there day or night.

We seek someone who is interesting, clean, responsible, and courteous with a good job outside of the home.

This is ideal if you're friendly, happy, and have positive energy.
You make friends easily because of your kind and warm spirit.
You're considerate and respectful of common areas & have lived with roommates before.
Clean in common spaces after yourself -- won't leave dishes in the sink etc.
You're pet friendly as I have a small Yorkshire terrier that stays in my personal space.

Our Amazing Location:

It's a completely picturesque spot with a church across the street. NYC is famously noisy but this block is astoundingly quiet.

Four blocks south of our home is St. Nicholas Park, a of the 27-acre landscaped park filled with trees, flower gardens and lawns. The park is rich with birds, squirrels and beautiful walking trails. It's a green refuge in the city.

Behind the park are the beautiful Gothic buildings of CUNY - Shepherds Hall.
It's truly a unique and magical neighborhood around here, and the longer you live here the more the magic of the place will calm and center you.

Tons of Restaurants, Cafes, & Bars in our neighborhood:

Sugar Hill Cafe, Fumo, Braicola Wine Bar, Draft House, Geisha Sushi, R.O.K.C. Japanese Ramen, and more, are all within walking distance.

3 Grocery stores all within walking distance as well.

One short block from at A/C/B/D subways 145th street station.
A and D Express is two stops from 59th Street Columbus Circle and takes 10 minutes.
