You get your own lock and key to your room, so there's lots of privacy (it's called an SRO unit), and a full bathroom and kitchen are shared with two other people. No living room as there are just 3 rooms + a shared bathroom and kitchen in the hallway. The room itself can fit a queen bed, and it comes with a nicely sized closet, radiator, and built-in shelf. Will come unfurnished and it was just repainted. The south-facing window faces the rear of the building and is super quiet and peaceful.

The apt is less than a 5-minute walk to the Bedford-Nostrand G and 15 mins to the A/C train + tons of reliable busses all around and a Citibike rack across the street. Near tons of amazing bars, restaurants, and community gardens.
