My family and I are currently residing at Gotham Point and are looking for someone to take over the lease of this beautiful 3-bedroom unit. We are relocating closer to my job and are hoping to find someone to take over the lease immediately. The current lease ends on April 29, 2025.
Our unit features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, along with an in-unit washer and dryer. All three bedrooms offer stunning city views. The rent is $7,495, which includes full amenities (utilities are separate) and we will provide 1 month rent to the new tenant, which brings the average rent to $6,558. The unit will be professionally cleaned before you move in.
From personal experience, coming from a family with 2 toddlers, we have had only positive experiences residing at Gotham Point. From the management to staff, we appreciated every encounter: quick responses to service requests (literally everything), kind and helpful concierge staff and services, cleanliness and convenience of the building.
