Additional fee

For the lease reassignment of my apartment at The Forge, Long Island City, please be aware that a full transfer of the $1,000 security deposit to me is required. The property is in excellent condition with no damage that would affect the deposit. This requirement is non-negotiable.

The deposit must be transferred to me immediately upon finalizing the lease assignment agreement and once The Forge building management has approved you as the new tenant. Thank you for your understanding.
