We are moving only because of the job opportunity in another state. I wish we could bring this whole apartment (with its infrastructure) to South Carolina :-) If you don't have a car - this place is fantastic. Even Walmart is 28 min by direct bus no.85. IKEA and Costco - approx 1 hour by public transport.
