New building with amazing amenities and location. It has been great home for us but we just got our housing lottery! I will match the new tenant offer if it is cheaper.
Our unit is super large with 1.5x larger living room than most 1 bedroom units in our building. It is a rare corner unit facing south and east so it gets amazing sunlight. Also there is no blocking view of the windows. Island kitchen plus closest to elevators.
