I am renting a studio apartment at Summit NYC. Please visit their website so you can see how gorgeous the apartments and building are.

The building is pretty new (built in 2019, it has earned architecture prizes) and has wonderful amenities. The studio has great illumination as it has floor to ceiling windows with view to the Chrysler building. The apartment's floor plan is great: spacious bathroom, efficient kitchen space, washer/dryer in unit. About location/transportation, the area is calm and Grand Central is 5 minutes walking distance. There are bus stops nearby as well.

The lease contract includes the addition of amenities, which have an additional cost of $240/month in addition to the $4,300 rent: $170/month for both the "Club" and "Arena" amenities and Lounge amenities for $70/month for exclusive access to the 42 floor. Detail of amenities below.

GAMING LOUNGE WITH BILLIARDS AND FOOSBALL TABLES, GOLF SIMULATOR, THEATER, BACKYARD WITH SUNDECK, OUTDOOR SCREENING, CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUND, BBQ AND FIREPLACE.

"Lounge": SKY LOUNGE, CALACATTA MARBLE WET BAR, LOUNGE WITH FIRE PLACE, PRIVATE DINING ROOM, SPECTACULAR VIEWS, TERRACE AND GRILL , PRIVATE WINE LOCKERS -- note the private wine lockers are not included in the amenities fee I mentioned.

Can discuss furniture to sweeten the deal. I am moving back to Peru so need to dispose of the furniture in the unit
