Hey everyone,

My roommates and I are looking for a new roommate to join our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the Upper East Side (UES) of Manhattan. Our current roommate is moving out, so we're hoping to find someone to fill the spot!

**About the Apartment:**
- Located in a luxury building with full amenities
- **Amenities include:**
- Gym
- Workspace
- Sauna & Steam Room
- Laundry services (in-building)
- Pool
- 24/7 Doorman
- Rent: **$2050/month** (everything included)
- You’ll be added to the lease
- **Bathroom:** The apartment has two bathrooms, and you’ll share one with two other roommates.
- **Deposit:** A security deposit of the same amount of the rent is required, plus a $275 wall fee for our flex room (which helped us lower the rent).

**About Us:**
- Two female working professionals and one male in early 30s.
- We’re respectful, clean, and value a peaceful, quiet living environment (not parties at home). We’re all busy working professionals who appreciate coming home to a calm space after a long day.
