The bedroom will be unfurnished but the living room has a table and couch (both brand new). The apartment also has a balcony, dishwasher, in-unit washing machine, and in-unit air conditioners. The building is a luxury building and also has a gym, rooftop, movie room, bike room, more washing machines, and a mailroom. ($25/month for the optional amenities).

The nearest grocery store is a 5 min walk away and apt is very close to A/C/L/J/Z lines.

Your roommate is in her mid 20s and is very nice, clean, fun, and respectful! A few non-negotiables are: no smoking in the house, no pets, and must have a stable income/job.
