I’m subletting one bedroom with one bathroom (female only) in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Manhattan Park on Roosevelt Island.

Your roommate will be a female student at Cornell Tech.

The location is a 15-minute walk from Cornell Tech, and there is also a free red bus.
Roosevelt Island has a zero crime rate. On the island, there are supermarkets, Chinese food, and tasty Mediterranean cuisine. The tram takes you one stop to Manhattan, where you'll find Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s in 5 minutes walk.
F train runs to both Manhattan and Long Island in ONE stop. There are also ferries, buses, and a a bridge for driving to Long Island, Queens.
