Flows over from entryway/foyer that has 2 closets (1 walk in/storage and 1 coat closet) and ample space for a dining table while still leaving plenty of space for moving around.

Kitchen is a galley way but still full kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator microwave stove, FULL dishwasher) that were freshly renovated 2 years ago when we moved in. Lots of cabinet space for storage in addition to walk in pantry.

Bedroom is ~20 x 11 feet and has 3 closets including 1 spacious walk in and full wall of south facing windows overlooking first ave. Our bed is king size for reference and could easily fit a chair or crib or even another full size king. AC unit in window is yours to keep and included with the apt.

Bathroom has double entry from both bedroom and kitchen. Water pressure on shower is good and no uncomfortable angles or tight fits while you're sitting to do your business.
