We searched over 100+ apartments before moving here, it's an incredible deal and the absolute best one-bedroom for $7325 on the upper west side. Over 1k square feet, incredible kitchen, there's an awesome office for a WFH setup, building has a pool and gym and lounge that overlooks central park. 2 mins from Whole Foods. Just moving to California for work, so need to vacate this apartment. All brand new.
Hard to find an apartment this large, this new, with this many great amenities in a good NYC neighborhood for $7325. We tried very hard and just loved this place.
Building is half owners and half renters. Dogs under 20 lbs are permitted.
Club upstairs has a million dollar view of central park.
