Spacious, sunny one-bedroom apartment in Turtle Bay. Full bathroom. Full kitchen, including a dishwasher. Washer/dryer in unit. Functioning fireplace.
My lease ends on Feb 28, 2025, but I'm looking to move out on Nov 30, 2024 to move in with my partner. My current rent is $2,700/month. My landlord requires whoever takes over my lease to extend it by at least 12 months, so you will need to sign a 15-month lease (Dec 1, 2024 - Feb 28, 2026).
I've lived here for six years now, and my rent has only increased by $200 total during that time. This is the only building my landlord owns, and she's very nice and reasonable.

My landlord requires the following from whomever is taking over my lease:
1. Credit report
2. Letter of recommendation from their previous landlord (i.e. not their current landlord).
