This is a 2 bed 2 bath on the sixth floor in the Saranac (95 Worth St.). The building is a full service, 24-hour luxury doorman building with elevators, a fitness center, laundry facilities, an outdoor roof deck, and a 24-hour attended parking facility. The unit faces a large courtyard spanning several blocks, and since it's not facing any major streets it is very quiet throughout the day and night. We recently negotiated the rent down from $7,000 to $6,800 (there were no issues with the unit), and you'll be taking it over at the reduced rate.

The apartment is minutes away from several major subway lines, such as the 1/2/3, 4/5/6, and N/Q/R/W. You will be a few minutes' walk away from a central area of Tribeca with many popular restaurants such as Frenchette and Rigor Hill Market.
