DATES: November to end of February. Can possibly be flexible with dates.

Sephora, traders Joe, cava, dig inn, just salads, city bike etc within 2 blocks.
SUBWAY: Bedford Ave stop only 4 blocks away. Most convenient location ever.

BUILDING TYPE: Modern, has a doorman, elevator, lounge and roof deck.

To qualify you need to apply with management and provide:

3 recent paystubs
Tax form
Employment letter
Landlord reference letter

Completely furnished apt, you can bring your own towels or sheets if wanted but I will also be providing that. Pet friendly but will prefer to review case by case. Ideally 4 months rental, but open to less months/flexible times.
