The unit is on the 10th floor (elevator building of course), with a balcony, dishwasher, new appliances, and central heat and AC. The bathroom has beautiful new finishes. There is a big bedroom closet and two closets in the living room so there’s plenty of storage. There is plenty of space in the living room for a desk, dining chairs and bar stools on the kitchen island! The apartment is quiet facing the inner courtyard with great Brooklyn views. The building is wheelchair accessible.
On the block there are 3 grocery stores including Lincoln Market directly under the building, a Blink Fitness, a vet and a dentist. Coffee shops on the corners like Cafe Calaca and Golda, and a bunch of bars and restaurants including Harts, The Fly, Glorietta Baldy, and Doris. On top of the Franklin Ave C and just one block from the Nostrand A/C. I have loved this neighborhood so much, have become a regular at Cafe Calaca and Glorietta Baldy.
