This studio is TREMENDOUS. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the East River and Manhattan in a great area. What more is there to say? The apartment is 597 sq ft but feels larger to me. You're getting a good deal on rent, thanks to my lease being two years (if I remember correctly this brought down the cost by ~$300 a month).
I will upload a video this weekend that shows the apartment in full. It looks and feels much more spacious than the photos.
You will need to be approved by the building just like anyone else, but I pay the $1,000 administration fee for the re-assignment of the lease. You will need to pay me the deposit, which is $1,000 and stays with the apartment after I leave (the apartment is in sparkling condition, so nothing to worry about).
** If you want the apartment furnished, either partly or fully, I will sell you items. The rug, sofa, desk, Ottoman — almost everything — is available. Let me know if you're interested.
