We unfortunately need to move out of our apartment early due to job relocation. Start date is flexible for any time in November.
We absolutely love this apartment and the building owners - if we were staying in NYC we'd never leave it. It is a massive 1BR by Manhattan standards. Only 1 flight of stairs, extremely quiet, across the street from Riverside Park, family-owned, and has huge windows with natural light throughout the day.
No dishwasher. Laundry in next door building. Pet friendly. Open to negotiate leaving furniture if interested (note photos are from prior tenant, so furniture is different).
