Hi! I'm looking to re-assign the remaining term on this lease. It's a beautiful apartment with a friendly community. Has a beautiful view of a bunch of trees and lots of natural light. You will be getting several hundred dollars less than current market rent given prices have gone up since I signed. Solid amount of time remaining on the lease, with the option to renew.

Incentives

It currently is furnished. If you like the furniture, it can come furnished for $1140, or I can move it all out.

Additional fee

Application fee for landlord is $20. The reassignment fee is $1000 which we would split. Landlord requires 33x the monthly rent for income, 66x for assets. Standard application docs (paystubs, ID, credit check, etc.)
