Rent is $3,545/month. The current lease ends 06/29/2025 and has the option to renew the lease if desired. The apartment is currently furnished and we can pass it on for a good price if desired.

I really love this apartment; the staff is friendly and super competent, and the view from the rooftop is stunning. If I could, I would take the apartment with me.
