Property Details

I am subletting the remainder of my share of a 2 floor, 2 bedroom, 1 large bathroom apartment in Alphabet City with in unit washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. My roommate (27 Male) is very easy going and is often out during the day and staying elsewhere semi-regularly. Recently renovated. There is a large downstairs living area and extra room that I have converted into a bedroom for more privacy and space. The 2 floor arrangement makes it easy to have separation. Feel free to reach out with any questions, happy to send over as many photos and videos as needed! I am unable to upload the video here, but I have taken screenshots of it and have uploaded those to show how it looks empty as well as with some furniture.

Apologies for the slight mess in the bedroom - I’ve started consolidating my things in preparation for my move out :)

Other info

The majority of the furniture in the apartment is my roommate’s, so it will be highly furnished and won’t require much in that realm. All you will really need to get for yourself is a bed and mattress.
