Public transportation: About 0.5 walking distance to Port Authority, Times Square and Penn Station. Several bus routes within a few blocks
Airport Access: Easy access to Newark via Newark Express bus or Penn Station/Air Train; La Guardia via E train and Q70-SBS buss and JFK via A train and Q7 bus

I rented this unit through Leasebreak 3 years ago. I took over the lease. When it was up for renewal, there has only been a small increase each year. I love this apartment, the location, the view, etc. and only moving due to job location. I'm sure you can renew the lease when this is over but it is a question for management.

Management, maintenance, doormen are amazing. I feel extremely safe here.

All transaction will go through the management company with the exception of application fee reimbursement which I will pay to you directly.
