We love it! Spacious, modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a huge OUTSIDE PATIO right off the living room! We are out there all the time. It's very rare in an amenity building to have so much outdoor space. In-unit washer and dryer, good closets.
The Building
We love it! The nicest doormen in Brooklyn, great gym, common lounge, roof deck with grills, indoor and outdoor kids play space, storage units in the basement, dog spa and dog run. Everyone is super nice. We have a car and park on the street but there is an attached parking garage.
