As we prepare to move out of town, we find ourselves in need of someone to take over our lease. We are breaking our lease and we can connect you with the building management directly so that they can show the unit in person if you're interested!
Our unit is a Studio Alcove facing the common courtyard on the second floor, with plenty of daylight and a very cozy layout. The management and all staff are exceptionally helpful and responsive, always ready to assist. We have been here for 2.5 years and are super sad to leave.. so we hope that this unit can be your next home!
The monthly market rate rent fee is $3,500, however, we are willing to pay for one and a half month rent ($5,250) if someone can sign and take the lease before January 2025, so the net rent for the unit for a year lease would be $3,062.50.
