I'm moving out of my apartment, and it's a great spot! The building, built in 2018, features a modern design and includes amenities like an elevator, a small gym, a party room, a rooftop terrace, and bike storage. Plus, it's rent-stabilized, which is a huge bonus.
The apartment itself is 562 sq ft with industrial finishes, and includes a dishwasher and a washer/dryer, which is super convenient. It's just one block from the subway, and there's a grocery store downstairs. If you're into fitness, Orangetheory, Form 50, and Club Fitness are all a 4-minute walk away. There are also a few pharmacies close by (3-6 minutes), and lots of great restaurants in the area. Only 4 subway stops from Manhattan (11 minutes subway ride to Lex/59).
Rent is $3,040 for the unfurnished unit (electricity and internet not included). Usually this building rents only with broker's fee, however, since this is a lease break, no broker’s fee is required, which saves you a bunch! I’ve lived here for 1 year and 8 months and have loved it, but I’m moving to a different state. I was planning on taking my furniture, but I’m open to selling it if you’re interested.
