Looking to find a new tenant for my one bedroom in the East Village starting ASAP. Due to unforeseen circumstances I have to move back to my hometown. Spacious bedroom/living room area with huge, sunlit windows, and another living/bedroom space that attaches to the kitchen.

Water is covered in the lease, gas and electric are not. Photos are in the listing but if you want any other info or visuals, let me know and I can provide them!

Lease renewal possible when it runs the full year on July 5th.

No brokerage fee, as I'm listing this on my own (with landlord permission)

Landlord is requiring the usual paperwork be provided- last 3 tax returns, last 2 bank statements, photo ID, and to make either 40x rent, or have a guarantor that makes 80x. Also one month's security deposit.

Incentives

Will prorate the rent on your first month of course depending on the date of move in! (ie if you move in half way through the month, I'll have paid the first half)
