Hey friends! I’m renting my cozy room in our 1,500 sq ft 4-bedroom 2.5 bathroom apartment in Bushwick and looking for someone to take over the lease starting November 1, 2024, through July 31st, 2025. You would be moving in with 3 lovely women. Here are the details:

🏡 Location: Bushwick, Brooklyn a block away from Maria Hernandez Park.
🛏 Apartment: 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, furnished apartment, unfurnished bedroom. Note this is a two-story apartment and your room would be on the second floor. Rooftop access is shared with another apartment (I've never seen them up there).
💰 Rent: $1612.75/month + electric, wifi, and gas
Required: Proof of income, landlord/roommate references, and a one-month deposit are required to secure the room.
📅 Lease Duration: November 1st, 2024 - July 31st, 2025
🚇 Transportation: Jefferson L and Central Ave M - the apartment is right in the center of both stops, I take the L more!
👕 Laundry: In-building
🌳 Neighborhood: Lots of great cafes, restaurants, parks, and grocery stores nearby.

About the room:

The room is on the second floor of the apartment. It has east-facing windows that let in lots of morning sunshine. It is a huge room that can accommodate a King bed and other furniture. There is also a large closet that is not pictured. I is currently being used as an office space.

About your roommates:

Mackenzie - 24 and works for NYT as an executive assistant
Maddie - 27 and works at an ad agency primarily working with McDonald’s. She typically travels a few times a month.
Claire - 26 and works remotely for a tech company out of Pittsburgh, can also be out of town infrequently to stay in Pittsburgh.
They are a fun, outgoing group of ladies who enjoy going out, and hosting the occasion small groups of friends on the rooftop. 420-friendly apartment 😁
