More about the neighborhood: This block is very quiet and has parking if you have a car. You have direct access to the A, C, J, Z, and L trains so you can quickly commute all around with little hassle. This apartment is also near the B60 bus line.

The landlord is VERY responsive and communicative and has honestly been one of the best landlords I have had. He is open to allowing pets (including cats and dogs under 50lbs). The apartment has also been pest-proof while I was living there so you will never have to worry about small critters (of any kind) living with you.

I have loved this apartment for the past three years and honestly, the only reason I am moving out is because I travel for work and am barely ever home.
