I am looking for a 25-35 year old female housemate to take over my room in our 2 bed apartment in Nolita. Apartment is a 2nd floor walk up, in-building laundry, fully airconditioned with a rooftop of 7th floor. Apartment is recently furnished/modern; 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room and 1 small kitchen. The bedroom for rent fits a queen bed and a desk. Has built-in wardrobe. (Bedroom 2 in the floor plan -there is a bigger room for $2.7k if you are interested my roommate will swap).

Looking for someone who has an in-person job and is relaxed and tidy.

My housemate is very chilled, tidy, outgoing, 30, female and has an in-person job. I am moving for job reasons. We are happy to chat by zoom or meet in person as needed. Can share social media/ LinkedIn profiles also.
