Looking for someone to take over the lease for my apartment in Flatbush area of Brooklyn! You would sign a new lease starting Dec 1st for a year, and need to submit an application. Our furniture will be fully moved out and the unit will be cleaned before move in.

It is 2 bed, 1 bath, and the building has a furnished roof deck, elevator, laundry room, and gym. There are AC / heater units in each room. It is a 15 minute walk to Prospect park, and close to the 2, 5 and Q train. There is bike storage in the garage. Pets are allowed.

Rent is $2544.67 a month, and you can optionally park a car in the garage for an additional $300 a month.

Additional fee

you will need to pay broker fee, which you will need to contact the management’s agent for details, and security deposit equal to 1x rent (2544.67). you will need to apply for a 12 month lease
