My partner Greyson and I are looking for a roommate to take an open room in our beautiful 2 bed 2 bath apartment starting November 1st! Security deposit due before move in, first month due November 1st. The lease ends October 2025.

We’re looking for single occupants only and no pets.

Brand new luxury building just a few blocks from the A/C at Ralph Ave in southeast Bed Stuy. It has a gym, laundry room, package room, lounge, and a gorgeous roof deck with lots of shaded seating and multiple built in grills.

Rent is $1800, price negotiable, plus monthly utilities (electric and wifi). Pictures attached; we are still working on making the apartment homey as we just moved in ourselves! Bedroom 1 on the floor plan would be yours as well as the bathroom next to it.

About us:

We’re 22 and 26 years old. Greyson works in custom menswear and I’m a dancer, dance teacher, and performing artist and work in the service industry as well.

We’re more “dinner party” than “party” people. Looking for someone we can coexist in the same space with, without getting in each other’s way, maybe even sharing a meal occasionally. We’re very down to earth, neat and clean, and err on the more introverted side.
