A great unit with spacious living dining room and two beds/baths. This unit was fully refurbished before we started living here in March 2023. It is kept very clean as we do not wear shoes inside, we have no kids or pets, and we do not smoke.
We are leaving one month early just because we have to go back to our home country.
It is facing west but there is not much issue with direct western sunlight since it’s blocked by buildings. But does not feel dark either since there is plenty of space in front of the building.
Great location with supermarket in 10 seconds from the entrance. Walking distance to both Columbus Circle and Lincoln Center subway stations for A/B/C/D/1 lines. Free shuttle bus service to/from Columbus Circle is available as well.
Multiple bus lines are also useful ; bus stop of 57 line is in 2 min from the entrance while other lines such as 66, 72, 12, 11, 31, 5, 7, 20, 104 are in convenient locations as well (I actually use all of them).
Great lounge/gym/pool is available for use with additional fee.
No major noise issues from upstairs or neighbors as of now.
