Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease! (female only)
(NO broker fee/ NO income statement) quick and easy process!
There is no exact date, but I'm looking for someone who can move in or sign within November. But I can adjust the move-in date, so please contact me. The lease will be ending on 09.02.2025.
And you will pay $2,112.5 every month. (The roommate pays $100 more than this since she uses a true bedroom.) Deposit is $2,112.5.
The space you will use is the living room, and I have already installed a blackout curtain that is separated from the kitchen, so you can use it as it is.
And since my roommate and I only cook in the kitchen and eat our food in separate spaces, I have never been disturbed by noise even if I stay in the living room space.
One wall is all windowed and facing south, so there is a lot of sunlight during the day and it is warm. Also, the living room is much larger than the bedroom, so I was so comfortable during my stay.
The roommate is female, and Korean, and she is very clean, quiet, and easy to get along with.
For transportation, Red 1 and 2 line 50th subway stations, and Blue C E line 50th subway stations are right in front of the house without exaggeration. 2-3 minutes walk from the Yellow N, Q, R, W57st-7 Av subway station Central Park Entrance, Columbus Circle 7 mins walk (I love to go to Senpak every morning for walks and runs) (*There is a Whole Foods Market in Columbus Circle, so it's easy to go grocery shopping and there is a regular mart right in front of your house.)
There are 24-hour doorman, laundry room, gym, terrace, lounge, and swimming pool.
To be honest, I personally highly recommend it, especially for those who are new to New York. It's such a safe location, and above all, the main subway lines, the Red 1 line and Blue CE line are right in front of the apartment lobby, making it so easy to get around everywhere. I'm a FIT student, and riding the Red 1 line takes me to the station right in front of my school in 5 minutes, so it was so convenient to commute to school.
