We are moving out because of relocating! This is a perfect house in Bay Ridge!
The tenant has the entire 3-story house with a patio in the back! 2 separate bedrooms on 2nd floor with a full bath, and a massive top floor can be used for a home office, or an extra bedroom, which also has a full bath on the floor!
Half bath on the ground floor, with dishwasher, brand new stove (the landlord bought a new one last month), good-as-new supr big washer/dryer that can also wash duvet/beddings! Central AC/heater runs by gas (save a lot on utility bill even in summer)! Lots of lots of natural lights in the house!
There are also lots of storage. Each room has a closet including top floor! A walk-in closet in the prime bedroom!!
Pets are case by case, we have a cat at home! Landlord is very nice and responsive, no hassles at all; the house has contracted handyman who does an amazing job!
Super quiet neighborhood, close to almost everything in the area that you might need either on workdays or weekend; lots of awesome restaurants; one of the safest neighborhood in Brooklyn/NYC.
