- Very easy access to 7 trains (5 minutes walk) and AC trains (7 minutes)
- 5 minutes walk to Whole Foods
- There's a bodega and a coffee shop down stairs, very friendly and warm people, they'll remember your usual orders if you go frequently.

- 5 minutes aways from the vessel and the SHOP
- Close to many restaurants in Hells Kitchen
About the building
- Two elevators in the building, never had to wait more than 2 minutes even during morning hours.
- The doorman in this build are very responsible, they'll sort packages and label them, never had a missing package ever.
- Laundry room at the base room very easy access, plus there's a laundromat around the block (2 minutes walk) if you need dry cleaning
