Rent: ~$3300 (excl. wifi and utilities). Could potentially be closer to ~$3000 if you want to take over the smaller room instead. Photos of smaller room available upon request

Timing: Move-in as early as 12/1. Lease ends in early May. Ideally you can stay for remaining duration of lease term with option to renew

Room: Large 1 bedroom (~250 sqft) with spacious built-in closet and private bathroom.

Bathroom has large vanity, bathtub, and standing shower. Amazing views of the Williamsburg Bridge / lower Manhattan

Furnishings: Living room and kitchen will be furnished as is. Bedroom can come furnished (for additional charge)

Location: Right across the street from the South side of Domino Park. Within 5 min walk of local grocery stores; 10 min walk to Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods. Quiet part of Williamsburg but close to good shopping, dining, gyms, and outdoor spaces

Amenities: Luxury building with doorman. Free shuttles to Marcy Ave and Bedford Ave stops. In-unit washer / dryer.

Roommate: This is a 2BR / 2BA. Roommate is female in early 30’s who is respectful, keeps common spaces clean, and works at home
