East Village Lease Takeover (Private room and private bathroom)

Hi Everyone,

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease of a private room in a 2b/2b apt located right next to Tompkins Square Park (on the same block). It is available 10/26-8/1/2025. You’ll be sharing the apartment with 1 roommate who’s clean, respectful, quiet and awesome. You’ll have your own bathroom en suite and the room has a large built-in closet. The room is big enough to fit a full sized bed and a large desk. Rent is $2100 a month and you’d need to apply with the management company directly, then your name would be on the lease.
