Additional fee

You will need to submit an application online through building management. The app fee is $20 for the leaseholder and $20 for the guarantor, if needed, which is non-refundable. The supporting documents from the leaseholder and guarantor are as follows:

 Copy of their government issued photo ID(s)
 Filled out and signed Authorization form to Release Records
 2 most recent pay stubs (yearly compensation must be 40X the monthly rent or 80X in case of a guarantor)
 OR 2 most recent years of tax returns if self-employed

Most recent complete bank statement from leaseholder and guarantor (if any
If and once approved, assignor(s) & assignee(s) would be signing hard-copy assignment documents and returning them to you.

One (1) month’s rent, and additional security deposit if any, is due from the assignee(s) at assignment signing which will be applied towards their first month.
