This is a one month sublet for the month of January only.

With the room you get the roommate, the roommate is a very nice 25 year old tech worker who typically spends most of his time in his room and we have lived together for over a year, he is a great and fun roommate to have.

This shared apartment is on the intersection of Mulberry and Hester st. which is known to be the most historic Little Italy location. It is a 6 min walk from the Grand St station for the B D, and 4 min away from the Canal St station for the 4, 6, Q and N trains. It is also a 3 minute walk from the border of SOHO and Nolita, it is in a perfect spot.

Other features of this apartment are: furnished common area, free Wi-Fi (high-speed), guarantors allowed, central heating, and hardwood flooring.



All of the utilities are free. I am simply going be away for January and wanted to give someone the opportunity to rent an apartment in a central area for below market cost.
