This shared apartment is on the intersection of Mulberry and Hester st. which is known to be the most historic Little Italy location. It is a 6 min walk from the Grand St station for the B D, and 4 min away from the Canal St station for the 4, 6, Q and N trains. It is also a 3 minute walk from the border of SOHO and Nolita, it is in a perfect spot.

All of the utilities are free. I am simply going be away for these two months and wanted to give someone the opportunity to rent an apartment in a central area for below market cost.
