Property Details

This is a 3 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor. I have one of the bedrooms and I will be gone for the winter. What is available is 1x of the other bedrooms. Currently, both rooms are furnished guest bedrooms, so this listing is either for 1x of those 2x available spare bedrooms. This bedroom is $1300 per month. I am quite flexible with the situation because I use these two rooms as guest bedrooms. You will also have access to the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. But note, the living room is really just a desk and a computer chair. Gas, electric, and Wi-Fi is not included and will be split between myself and the tenant. Gas and electric split is approximately $40, and Wi-Fi split will be $20. This apartment is less than a 5 minute walk to the bus which takes you to Port Bus Authority in Times Square in 15 minutes. This is ideal for individuals trying to save money compared to Manhattan, while still being within 20 minutes of Times Square.

Reasons for leaving

Home for holidays

Additional fee
