newly renovated building, we were the first to live in the apartment complex after renovations!

It's been a great apartment, however we are relocating elsewhere in the US due to a new ob opportunity.

There are two options available below for this lease takeover:

Option 1:
Full lease takeover and full lease assignment will go to new tenant ($3,600 a month + utilities).

Option 2:
Half lease takeover where our current roommate will stay in the apartment on the basement level and new tenant will take over half of the lease in upstairs bedroom (1,800 month + utilities).
