Room available for $1390 in Downtown Brooklyn ASAP due to a new job which will take me out of the city!

Move-in date is Nov 15th, the latest is Dec 1st. You would be taking over my portion of the lease which ends Jun 30th. I joined it when it was a sublet and renewed it. Simple process - you will be doing the same with the option to renew.

I have lived here for two years, and I am sad to leave this place that is a steal in Downtown Brooklyn. The building has a beautiful rooftop with a 360 skyline view. You will rarely have issues grabbing a seat to enjoy it. There is a lounge room to host parties or gatherings. I have used it for many game nights and birthday celebrations. You can reserve it as well to secure it for a specific window. To get your cardio on, there is a swimming pool and a gym. The front desk team is super nice and you don't have to worry about packages going missing due to a dedicated package room.

Your two wonderful roommates, Pat and Jen are super chill and easy to live with. Pat has his own bathroom, and you will be sharing a bathroom with Jen. I have never had a timing issue using the bathroom (and there is great water pressure). Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and the best part? In-unit washer/dryer!

My room currently fits a full size bed, a peloton, a desk, a large swivel chair, a mini fridge, an armoire, a nightstand, and a tall bookshelf. You can fit a lot in here (and probably arrange it spatially better than I have). There is an AC/heating unit you control for the room. Wonderful natural lighting. Photos show different past setups of the room. The room can also come furnished if preferred at an additional cost.
