I’m looking for someone to sublease my bright East Village one-bedroom for 6 months from December 1 to June 1 (start date is flexible—could be a little sooner or later). It’s located on St. Marks between First and Second Ave, on a quiet street that’s a short walk to the park!

a completed form of application/general information
a copy of a valid, government issued photo ID (eg: driver's license or passport);
a copy of the two most recent tax returns;
a copy of the 2023 W2 if the 2023 tax return is not available;
a copy of the past two most recent bank statements;
a copy of the two most recent pay stubs;
copies of documentation of any other source of recurring income they wish to be included for consideration;
an employment verification letter stating the current terms/salary of employ and the start date with the firm;
a letter of reference from current/previous landlord(s);
if a student, a copy of a current transcript or tuition bill; and
a copy of a detailed credit report with FICO score issued no earlier than the past three months from TransUnion, Equifax or Experian. They will not accept a bank screenshot of the credit score.
