Looking for someone to take over my lease from November 30, 2024, to February 28, 2025. If you'd like to renew, you’re welcome to discuss this with the landlord, as the lease will transfer to your name.

The current lease expires on February 28, 2025. If tenant would like to renew they would be able to have the discussion with the landlord.
