2-Bedroom apartment with amazing views of Manhattan and the surrounding area in a new building right next to the park!
This unit is a corner apartment that wraps around three sides of the building with huge windows facing west with views of the Manhattan skyline, north with views of Maria Hernandez Park, and east with views of Brooklyn. The large windows give the apartment incredible natural light, and the high ceilings make the apartment feel nice and open. Each bedroom has its own closet, as well as a coat-closet in the entryway. We use one of the bedrooms as a home office/den where my wife and I co-work from home, but both bedrooms are spacious with great lighting and views. There is central A/C throughout the apartment, with a unit and wall-mounted thermostat in each room. Additionally, all rooms have a built-in Bluetooth speaker system in the ceiling so the good vibes can spread throughout the apartment, or you can jam in your own room. The bathroom features a tub, heating vent, and vanity. The kitchen has a dishwasher integrated into the panel cabinets, electric stove, convection oven, and spacious storage space.
The building is just four or five years old and in good condition. The best feature is undoubtedly the rooftop patio, which has truly some of the best views of Manhattan that you can find. The first floor has a nice gym, communal laundry, bike room, package room, co-working space, and parking out back (price of parking not included in rent). You will be right next to the recently renovated Maria Hernandez Park (two dog parks, basketball court, soccer field, volleyball courts, playground, and a true neighborhood feel), and the surrounding neighborhood has everything you would need – there are two 24-hour grocery stores within a 2-3 minute walk, plenty of bars and restaurants, and the L and M trains are both a quick walk (~5-7 mins to the L, ~10-12 mins to the M).
This apartment has been one of the best places I have lived, and we honestly do not want to leave. We have lived in this unit for almost 2.5 years and would likely be looking to renew for a fourth year, but one of us recently got a job in another city, so we have to relocate for that reason. Happy to show the place virtually or set up a time for an in-person visit. We have some flexibility on the exact move-in date.
