This is a great 2 bedroom waterfront corner apartment with fantastic double aspect views over Manhattan from the main living room and second bedroom, and equally impressive double aspect views over Queens and Brooklyn from the Master Bedroom. The generously sized master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, and a sizeable walk-in closet. The kitchen has a Frigidaire Gallery fridge, microwave, range and dishwasher. There is also a washer and a dryer in the apartment. It basically a bright, well proportioned, apartment in well appointed building. It was one of the "show" apartments when we moved in because the views and the big master bedroom make it stand out from some other units in the building.
The building itself is quite new, even for Hunters Point, built in 2021. We were the first tenants in this apartment. The building has 24-hour doorman, a well equipped gym, a resident lounge, a club room (with a pool table), a children's playroom, outdoor terraces on various floors, an outdoor patio area (with BBQ grills), bicycle storage, Wifi, a parking garage, and is pet-friendly.
Hunters Point has the 7-line subway nearby, two ferry terminals, a good seletion of bars and restaurants on Vernon Boulevard (and nearby also). It's a nice neighborhood.
