Hi everyone!
I am listing my apartment, since I will be moving in January. This place has been great to me; it's a large studio with a ton of light most of the year and updated amenities. The building has a doorman, a gym, study and recreation areas, bike racks, and more.
If you are a first-time Manhattan resident, this place would be perfect. I was, and I could not have asked for an easier time living in the city. It's a bigger landlord group, but they have been flexible enough with me and are open to re-signing the new tenant that gets assigned the rest of my lease.
Below is the listing description from the landlord's postings (if you search the address you can find additional pictures, including of building amenities). I've chosen to only post pictures of the place itself and my photos of the current layout I chose, with my desk, couch and bed.

BUILDING DESCRIPTION:
Fully renovated in 2022, this 1,000-unit high-rise consists of four soaring towers that offer outstanding views and thoughtful layouts. A newly built fitness center takes center stage and complements other amenities like the apple seeds® children's playroom, children's outdoor playground, parking, bicycle storage and a complimentary shuttle bus to Columbus Circle & Lincoln Center. An indoor pool, lounge, game room and outdoor seating area has recently been added to the amenities offered exclusively to West End Tower's residents.
Job Relocation
Current tenant has paid the deposit, if the new lease assignee wants to stay for only the current term and no longer!
It's likely there will be a background check fee of about $50-75 (landlord can specify).
The landlord has indicated the current lease at $3600, which was negotiated down last year, will likely rise about 1-3% for a renewal.
