Short Term Fully-Furnished Rental in Upper Manhattan:
Charming and Naturally Bright 1 Bedroom Furnished Apartment in Pre-War Elevator Building! Located in Upper Manhattan in the Fort George/Washington Heights Neighborhood near Fort Tryon Park (e.g., Met Cloisters/Hudson River).
Only $3,000 per month which includes UTILITIES!
(Great for Medical Students on Rotation at one of the many Hospitals nearby!)
Temporarily Available NOW/Immediate occupancy for a Minimum of 1 Month (with flexibility to ideally extend term for additional months up to 6 months).
The apartment is interior-facing (which is ideal given the building location is on bustling Broadway Avenue) however, it is on the top floor and has amazing natural light (two windows in the living room, two windows in the corner bedroom, and a window in the bathroom).
Additional details include: ceilings over 9-feet high, two small closets and a six-drawer dresser for clothing storage, a queen-sized semi-firm organic mattress with natural comforter and sheets, lovely hardwood light-colored plank floors, a full kitchen with new-like white GE appliances and a barely-used microwave, dishware, towels (kitchen and bath), and more. The bathroom is spacious and has a large bathtub while the showerhead emits good water pressure. Two new air conditioners were installed the previous summer in the living room and bedroom.
This home has everything you need to be comfortable for the short-term!
The building is located right next to the local 1-Train Subway entrance and only a 4-minute walk to the 190th Street express A-Train Station. Either train will get you to Columbus Circles in less than 30 minutes! The neighborhood has endless grocery stores, wine/liquor shops, fantastic local restaurants, and total NYC character. Unlike Central Park, the Heights' Fort Tryon Park is NYC's hidden gem and a fabulous place to escape to and look out towards the grandeur of the greater part of the Hudson River. Lots of interesting history in the area too.
Verification of Renter's Identity is required and payment is owed upon agreement and key exchange. Security Deposit also required. A professional, individual person is preferred given the size of the space and respect to the building neighbors, however, couples/roommates will be considered.
ALL Utilities are included - heat, water, and wifi! Electricity/Gas are included as well up to $100 per month.
Laundry room (with affordable machines) is located in the clean basement of the building. Super lives on-site and is very helpful and kind. No pets (even though they're adorable and you'll see several of them in the building!). No smoking please.
Please inquire for additional details or information. Thank you!
Verification of employment and identification.
Fully furnished and no brokerage fee. The ability to stay short or long term.
